Delivery

Major hubs — JHB, CPT, DUR and PTA: Free delivery within approximately 2–7 business days.
Regional and outlying areas: R150 delivery within approximately 5–14 business days.
You’ll receive tracking information by email or WhatsApp once your boots have been dispatched.

Returns and size exchanges

If the size is not right, you may return the boots for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Boots must be unused, unworn on any playing surface and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Please try them on indoors on a carpet.

For an ordinary size exchange or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return courier cost.

Manufacturing defects

Silverwing is covered against manufacturing defects for six months.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after assessment, you may choose between a repair, replacement or refund. Skybird will cover the collection cost for confirmed defects.
