Shipping Policy

Thank you choosing Skybird Football! We know you’re itching to get your new boots on the pitch. Here is everything you need to know about how we get our gear to your doorstep.

1. Delivery Areas & Rates

We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted local couriers.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of South Africa.

2. Processing Times

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday – Friday) are typically processed and handed to the courier the same day.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During high-demand periods (like the start of the season or Black Friday), processing may take an extra 48 hours.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your boots are packed and ready to go, we will send you an email or whatsapp with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal. You’ll be able to follow your package from our warehouse to your front door.

4. Direct Signature & Delivery

To ensure your gear reaches you safely, our couriers require a signature upon delivery.

• Please provide an address where someone will be available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

• We recommend using your work address if you aren't home during the day.

5. Sizing & Exchanges

We get it—the fit has to be perfect for that top-corner strike. If your boots arrive and the fit isn't right, please refer to our [Returns & Exchanges Policy] for instructions on how to swap them for the correct size.
